Why the Gold Cap Had to Be Adjusted
We understand your irritation, and it is always expected that it will be negatively received when something is taken away from someone. However, from our perspective, adjusting the gold cap was necessary.
We are aware that currently, little is happening in the endgame or high-level area, and there is a lack of content. It was not our goal to change this with the expeditions. They were meant to act largely like adventures in terms of the rewards obtained.
It is not a solution to make the endgame more interesting or more rewarding by providing exorbitant gold income. While this might seem like a solution in the short term, it is pointless in the long run.
Instead, we are pleased to share that we are currently developing a new feature aimed at high-level players, which will provide variety. We will publish more details on this in due course.
Back to the adjustment of the gold cap: Despite the associated reduction in gold income from the point the cap takes effect, one will, on average, receive more gold than from adventures, given the same level of spending thirst for adventure.
Additionally, there will soon be improvements in the distribution of mushrooms in expeditions.
