New Feature Shop: The "&" Shop

Dear Heroes,

in the world of Shakes & Fidget, there are two merchants every adventurer knows: the Shakes Shop and the Fidget Shop.

For years, these two have supplied you with weapons, armor, Accessoires, and all sorts of things you need for a successful adventure (or at least a stylish defeat).

But one question has remained unanswered:

What about the "&"?

After all, it's right smack in the middle of the game's name. We think it's high time the "&" got its very own shop.

Welcome to the "&" Shop

With the next update, we're opening a brand-new merchant in town: the "&" Shop.

While Shakes and Fidget take care of your Equipment, this merchant takes care of something at least as important:

Your communication.

Because with the new shop, we're also introducing a new feature.

The Chat

From now on, you can write messages in the new chat—but only using the letters you've already unlocked.

Any letters you don't own yet will automatically be hidden.

This doesn't just provide creative entertainment, but also completely new communication strategies.

Buying Letters in the "&" Shop

Of course, you'll have to earn your letters first.

In the "&" Shop, you can purchase individual letters—just like Equipment. Each letter costs Gold or a combination of Gold and mushrooms. The rarer the letter, the higher the cost.

Sometimes you can also find letters in the loot from Expeditions.

Just like in the other shops, six random letters are offered at a time. If the letter you want isn't there, you can reroll the shop's inventory. Maybe then the long-awaited "E" will finally appear. Or at least an "A".

Rare Letters

Naturally, not all letters are equally common. Alongside common letters, there are rarer variants that are much harder to get. These rare letters include, among others, capital letters.

Event Drops: Emotes

Additionally, we're planning special Event weekends where rare emotes can appear in the "&" Shop. These special chat symbols can also be collected and used in the chat.

• ⚔️ Combat

• 🐉 Dungeon

• 🪦 Hardcore

These emotes only appear during special Events and are therefore highly sought after.

Launch of the "&" Shop

The new shop will be available with the next update. We're excited to see how long it will take for the first player to collect the entire alphabet. Until then, we wish you the best of luck deciphering your fellow players' messages. Because one thing is for sure: communication has never been so valuable.
