What is new this time?

General Adjustments

Our survey made it clear that Hellraids needed a bit of attention. It was especially tough for the guild leaders among you to actively and effectively coordinate them.

To make coordination easier, guild leaders can now set exactly how many players can sign up per Hellraid:

If you are not a guild lead, you can directly see if a floor is full or not.

Bug Fixes

Player names in the solo rankings will no longer spill out of their designated display area.
A visual glitch regarding Hellraid rewards has been squashed.

For those who have never participated in a Hellevator, here’s a quick introduction:

What is the Hellevator?

In the Hellevator, you battle floor by floor, descending into the underworld's depths. Enter the event through the magic portal on the city map, and climb the ranks alongside your guild.

Every fight costs a key card. Every 30 minutes, a new key card, up to a limit of 15, is generated. Key cards can also be obtained via Twitch drops and coupon codes. Those key cards will always be credited, even if the limit of 15 has already been reached. If you lack a key card, you can spend mushrooms to enter a battle.

The Hellevator resets 20 floors every 24 hours (midnight server time), allowing you defeat enemies on those floors again. Besides normal loot, you earn valuable Hell Tokens for defeating enemies. The number of Hell Tokens you receive depends on the enemy's floor and the more you earn, the better your and your guild’s ranking will be.

Treats

You can also spend your key cards (or mushrooms) at Beelzebubs to get some treats. These treats boost your combat power for a specific number of floors. Treats can be stacked for up to 24 floors. Also, Beelzebub improves his treats daily.

Rewards

There are different rewards you can earn during the Hellevator: a daily chest from Beelzebub, a daily chest based on your ranking, one final reward for each guild member, and additional rewards for every player based on the solo ranking after the event. The top three guilds also receive a special profile background, which will be displayed until the start of the next Hellevator.

Hell Attack

After completing a plain (50 floors) on your own, you can sign up for a Hell Attack with your guild on this plain. Each guild member has to spend 5 key cards for the Hell Attack of this day, which offers additional rewards for each participant. The rewards are split among the registered players when the fight is won. Hell Tokens earned through Hell Attacks are credited and bonded to the guild, not individual characters.
